Located around the lagoon, the Lagoon Villas are made up of ten units in the first stage and eleven units in the second stage: developed in two independent levels. They are found in four varieties.

Villas model A
have an approximate 252 m2 area and are located on the first level. Each unit consists of an approximate 133 m2 roofed area, plus 119 m2 of uncovered areas, terraces and pool. They have two bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, terrace with pool and view to the lake, powder room, laundry room and maid’s room with personal bathroom. The master bedroom includes terrace, and outer and inner shower in the main bathroom.

have a 103 m2 area and are located in the second level. Each unit consists of 64 m2 of roofed areas plus 39 m2 of uncovered areas and terraces. They consist of a bedroom, a complete bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, terrace with a lake view and laundry room. The master bedroom has a terrace.
